Over the past four years, my housemate and I have loved this place - so close to the beach and the ferry and the main corso in Manly. We have made the place comfortable, with a beautiful living room, kitchen, and double office, and have usually kept our own rooms have been a respectful personal space. I’m looking for a housemate(s) who are happy social people but also respectful of peace and quiet and personal space.
We have two desks in the sunroom office space, and a desk in each bedroom, so plenty of space for people who like to create a comfortable space working from home.
