We're in a block of 4 units and have great neighbours, so you'd be moving into a fairly social and homely set-up (e.g., drinks and movie/sports nights outside from time to time).
The room for rent is massive (5.0 x 3.6 m) with heaps of natural light, no building directly next door (just a swimming pool) and enough space for a queen bed, wardrobe, desk etc.
We keep the 3rd bedroom as a study.
