Two bedrooms are really spacious with king beds, built-in wardrobes and desks if you need to work from home. The third bedroom is bit smaller. We use it as our baby’s room. But it has a king sofa bed in there for an adult and a small cupboard.

We are looking to sublet our awesome 3 bedroom Maroubra duplex over the summer. The place has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 car space. Two bedrooms are really spacious with king beds, built-in wardrobes and desks if you need to work from home. The third bedroom is bit smaller.

There’s a spacious kitchen with modern appliances and a dishwasher, laundry and a nice back patio. The house has air conditioning and stays cool in the summer. The house is ideally situated with a 2 minute walk to coffee shops and Mahon pool, and a 10 min walk to Maroubra beach. Super close to public transport with the bus stop to Bondi Junction, Randwick and the City a 2 min walk away.

The place would suit a couple, some mates, or young family looking for a beach side rental for Sydney summer.
