Hi, ✋ Private room with a balcony in Maroubra $200 p.w. (bills included) is in a nice location 5 min. walk or 1 min. drive to Maroubra Beach. It's a quiet and comfortable room where you can get a good night's sleep. 😴

Location: Across the road nearby: 🧀 Woolworth, 🍾 Hotel/Pub, 👨‍✈️Post Office/Chemist, 🍉 Fruit Shop, 🍕 Takeaways, 🫀 Medical Centre. Walking distance to Maroubra Beach Seals Club, etc. 🚍 Bus stops across the road, and bus depot at Maroubra Beach. 🚗 On-street parking is always available.

About the room: 📺Large Screen TV/Netflix, 💿 Stereo, DVD/VCR, King Size Bed, Drawers, Study Desk, Brand New Bar Fridge.

🙄 About me: I'm a sociable person who loves the company but also respect each other's space. 🎻 Love music and I'm a nonsmoker, but I can have a cigarette 🚬 with friends sometimes. My morning starts with a 🏋️‍♂️ workout session. I'm self-employed. On weekends I like to see my family👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 and 🤝friends, I usually go to their place. And I have a 🐈 cat, she's very friendly.

Looking for: My perfect roommate would be a 🤝 Friendly, 😎 Respectful and Modest Female Flat Mate, who likes to be out doing her own things everyday between the hours of about 9am -2.00pm. The reason for this is because between these hours I’m usually at home doing my morning routine and working. I wake up at 9.00am and out at around 2.00pm, you are welcome to stay at home between these hours, if you don’t mind me being busy at home.
I'm very flexible and if you have any suggestions about anything, let me know and we will negotiate, because I like when everybody is comfortable.
