Queen size bed in a spacious room, a table to study if needed and alot of storage space. Drawers for folded clothes and hanging rail in the room. New and very comfortable mattress. Nice sunlight coming into the room in the mornings with blinds open.

-15 mins travel time to mq shopping centre / mq university/ the train station via bus. Ie catch the 288, 517 or 518. 30mins if walking there instead.

-12mins travel time to North Ryde Library, cafes and shops ie catch the 288 in the opposite direction.

-on a quiet residential street. We are near Santa Rosa Park if desiring to go for a run

- with access to gas facilities ie gas stove, gas heater in living room in winter.

-ceiling fans throughout the house

-a spacious deck if desiring additional space

-a shared "hobby room" with desk. Use as desired

-internet and bills included in rent

-lots of storage space

-ps4, games and smart TV.

I am happy to share my cooking utensils pots and pans, plates and cutlery.

My dog's name is Mando. He is a 11 month old whippet cross, lively and friendly. He loves pats, treats and attention. He would love your company. He sometimes likes to rocket around the yard as I hang my clothes. He is one of the fastest dogs at the dog park.
