The room comes with its own entrance if you like or you can walk through the house. Our house has a family feel we all get along really well and when we are not wanting space we come together and share time . We are looking for someone to come in and feel proud of the space and make it theirs have friends over and have a really lovely fun energy. We are a fun house , would like find someone that wants to help out be a team player who is warm mindful and loves cats

Lovely Natral light one ceiling to floor window two big doors that open up to the garden 🪴 one small window at the entrance. Massive room with own entrance ( if want to use) has its own bathroom with laundry ( washer not dryer) the room looks out onto a tropical feel garden with pines and loads of green . Some storage in bathroom laundry. Great lighting, great feel wooden floors could fit three abd half ( maybe 4)large beds side by side in the room . It’s a big space

We don’t have internet- we do have both gass and electricity. The bills will be split the biggest bill we have had is 200 as everything is going up in price we are a house that turns off lights and washing only once a week unless emergency. We used the dishwasher when full we have a dryer but we use the line as much as we can unless we need to

We walk to balmoral when we have time off or drive for a quick dip. Shops are close by so we walk a lot that’s the great thing with this space is everything is close by . We love living here

We are open to anyone probably from 35 to 50 as we are both in our mid 40s we are looking for someone who is clean respectful ( someone who loves the garden would be awesome) when we have finished work we are respectful that the other person maybe tired and want quiet or if in the kitchen good for a chat and catch up so I guess what I’m saying is someone who can read the room abd the energy well . Very friendly, shy till he gets to know you . Indoor outdoor cat. Not a biter or scratcher kinda does his own thing but is incredibly attached to his owner ( little shadow ) very cute
