I'm Fergus and I have a big nice room to rent in my place in Mosman.
I have a 12 week trial period in mind to see if we get along well enough to continue the arrangement.
I'm energetic, creative, musical and a sole trader. I'm usually not around much during the day, I have a wooden yacht nearby which I spend a great deal of my spare time messin' around on. Boat Fever !
I rent a garage in Cremorne to store all my junk in and I like to keep the apartment uncluttered.

This is a very quiet deco building with 4 apartments. 2 up 2 down.
I did a Full fresh paint job all Ceilings walls doors windows skirtings and floors 2 years ago when I signed the lease. so It's pretty sweet. The kitchen and bathroom are functional but unrenovated - I have plans though.....
although it's well suited to, I would prefer a flatmate who works away from home at least 3 days per wk.
I'm not sure about pets but would consider smaller varieties
I have a washing machine in the courtyard laundry you would be welcome to use, there's no dryer but there's a large hills hoist out there.
