What you get: 1 large furnished bedroom with high ceilings with an attached sunroom/ study/ private lounge + car space.

The house we are sharing is massive with wonderful views of North Sydney.

You will have shared use of the third bedroom (guest / office / storage space), beautiful large outdoor entertaining area, main living area and bathroom with jacuzzi jets (you pretty much have private use of these areas most of the time as I have my own lounge area and bathroom on second floor).

The house is tastefully decorated and kitchen fully equipped with high quality appliances (think instapot, kenwood and magimix). There is also laundry area with washer and dryer. Lots of storage options available given that it is a house (more than I can utilise!)

Walking distance to the military road shops / bus stops to the city / ferry wharfs and milsons point train station. Beautiful harbourside walks and cafes close by.
