Description of the home

Hi there! We've got a room freeing up in our share house starting January 23 in Newtown. It's a beautiful place and such a great spot, just up the road from Carriageworks.

We are a happy crew of friends living together for about 9 months now. We're all late twenties up to mid thirties. We enjoy having a social house, where it is easy to share a beer when coming home from work. We often head out for activities together in the evening and during the weekend (trips to the beach, camping, cooking together at night, mixing some music occasionally), but of course also all live our own lives and respect space and privacy too.

The room is located on the ground floor and comes unfurnished. We've included plenty of photos so you can see what it looks like as well as get a feel for the rest of the house. The bathroom is shared, there are two toilets and one shower between 4 but we tend to get up at different times so it's never been an issue in the mornings.

Ideally we're be looking for someone who wants to be part of our home and enjoys a mix of social activities at the house while also having their own things going on. If you feel like you'd be a good fit, don't hesitate to reach out!
