Renting my 2-bed apartment. One room will be available from 1st February 2025. The other from 7th March 2025. Dates can be slighly flexible.

Suitable for either:
- A person looking for short term one month lease 1 Feb - 7 March. If you want to stay and i find someone for the other from from March also an option.
- A couple or two friends looking to rent whole apartment from 7 March - July. Or you can move into one room from Feb- March (whilst i am living in one room) and then have the whole apartment when I leave.

Spacious apartment, fully furnished with internal laundry room, modern bathroom, bath, new balcony and kitchen. Super comfortable king size bed in the room, blinds and fitted wardrobes. Lovely light and sunny apartment. Netflix on the lounge tv.

It is in a lovely quiet block, very close to Centennial Park and Randwick shopping centre. Plenty of residential parking.
