It is a modern apartment, nice big balcony with a gas bbq perfect for entertaining. It's in the Redfern Station Precinct, with a Woolworths downstairs, pubs and restaurants too. 100m from Redfern Station, 10 min drive to the airport. 7 min drive to the Central.

It has every appliance you'll ever need, fully furnished, as well as streaming services with high speed internet.

apartment is lovingly furnished and is modern in design.

The room is furnished with a queen bed and a little desk. It has a built in for clothes. It's quite a decent size and the whole apartment has great natural light. You'll also have the main bathroom to yourself.

I'm open to shorter term leases, if needed :)

Im easy to live with, would prefer someone who is able to treat it like a home.

You'd be chill, able to talk to anybody, and clean and tidy. Financial stability, not too loud around the house are also great!
While not a party house, I'm more than happy for people to entertain now and then. There's a great gas bbq on the balcony that could use some love!
