About the occupants
Hi, I'm Drew, I'm 31. Just moved in to the place and love spending my time kayaking, hiking, running, or catching up with friends over dinner. I work in HR contracting, doing a hybrid setup—3 days in the office and 2 at home. I’m best described as a Labrador in a human's body—plenty of energy and social, but love my own time to recharge just as much. I like cleaning, don't really cook too much.
Compatible people
A perfect housemate is around 30 someone who's social, clean, and respectful of everyones space. Pay bills on time, keep common areas tidy, and are happy to hang out or just do their own thing. Good communicator is key - when managing house stuff or just grabbing a drink after work. Ideally, someone that makes the house feel like a comfortable place to come home.
Description of pets
Jasper is a one-year-old Labrador Retriever. Like most Labs, he's always hungry but well-behaved—never jumping on furniture or counters. Jasper is super friendly, getting along well with both people and other dogs. I take him on daily walks unless he’s staying with my partner or family in Melbourne. He will be staying outside or on tiled on the ground floor during the day but sleeps indoors, and there's plenty of space for him to enjoy.
