Hi everyone! Room for rent in 3 bedroom Redfern terrace house! It’s in a super ideal location - 2 minute walk from Redfern station, 5 minutes to USYD, and 15 minutes to UTS! Perfect for a student or young person who wants a place with close links to the inner west and city!
The house is 3 bedrooms, and has one bathroom. It has a seperate dining and living area, so lots of communal space! The house feature though is the garden, which is lovely, spacious, and has a courtyard and lots of greenery!

About occupants
You’ll be living with Eshna and me! We want to create a social house that feels like a home. This would include the occasional housemate dinner and movie nights, but as our schedules are both quite intense we value everyone’s privacy and down time!
I (Cecily, queer, she/her) am a 22yo student who studies English and History full time, and also work part time in hospitality. I am very into music and enjoy reading, watching films and writing.
Eshna is a 22yo full-time union organiser who is starting her Masters in Political Economy this year. She is a lesbian who likes reading, going to the gym and cooking elaborate meals. She sometimes has to WFH but I’ll be in my room for that!
We like a relaxed house environment - friendly but still peaceful and clean to return to after a long day. Not really a constant party house but we might throw something occasionally!

No parking permit available
- No pets or couples - sorry!
- As we are furnishing the place ourselves this will include additional expensive. ATM on top of the bond will be the additional payment of a fridge that was $247 each.
