I have a nice light filled apartment in a quiet street facing the inner courtyard. Excellent location close to everything you need, shops, services, pubs, cafes, train/bus etc...

Open-plan unit with timber flooring. Nice sized kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove top, microwave.
Internal laundry.
Professionally managed, secure building.
Whilst my home is ideal for someone that works at the office, not from home, this isn't a deal breaker. I really depends on our compatibilty and the nature of your work.
I work from home, so am home most days and evenings. Occasionally getaways for 3-4 days. This is an open plan unit where the only truly private areas are the bedrooms. So it's also important that we are compatible and have living/live-work lifestyle that is also compatible.

* I prefer to find someone that wants longer term, but finding a good match is also important so shorter term is considered.
*Off street parking can be arranged for additional fee, if you are going to stay longer term(6months+)
* Currently refurnishing and updating loungeroom, so newer photos coming soon of those areas in the home.
