Our amazing home is quite literally in a park. Completely set back from the street, the rear courtyard opens out onto a beautiful leafy dog park. (This is ideal for one of our housemates, a greyhound named Babe.)
It's a two level townhouse and it has three bathrooms (!) with a spacious lounge, separate dining area and outdoor courtyard dining setup featuring fairy lights obvs. It's a perfect spot for an evening BBQ and when it gets a bit too toasty, there's a pool downstairs to cool off!
The house is fully furnished and very modern, with fresh bathrooms (main with bath) and modern kitchen fittings including dishwasher. We get it cleaned once a fortnight so it is in great condition.
Located on the border of Redfern, Surry Hills and Waterloo it is surrounded great food, night-life & brekky joints and a quick trip to the beaches (Coogee 15 mins by bus).
This is a chilled, friendly, and inclusive home for someone who wants to settle in, feel comfortable and have a chat & a wine from time to time. We are non smokers and would prefer to keep the place mostly smoke-free.

My name is Natasha- I'm from Canada and I recently moved to Sydney for a gig with the ABC. I'm friendly and easy going and still getting to know the city so am often out exploring. When home I am often cooking up a storm or watching a film (or whatever is on the ABC that eve). I will especially get along with those who embrace sarcasm and are willing to share Sydney tips.
Pip is from Tasmania originally but has called Sydney & its lovely warm climate home for 8 years. She's chilled out, clean but not a neat-freak & believes everyone should feel at home in a sharehouse. Pip loves running and keeping fit & does shift work for Sydney Trains in social media, so is often not around for regular home hours. Pip loves to cook, hang with the dog & go shopping in her spare time. Love to have a good laugh and the odd picnic in the park.
