Description of the home
Me and Julian are looking for a nice flatemate to share our beloved three rooms apartment conveniently located near Redfern Station ( 4 minutes walk ).
The unit is a homey space that has a large open kitchen fully equipped with a oven, a microwave, a large fridge and a dishwasher machine. The kitchen faces a large living area with a big table, a large couch, a 43 inch TV and fast WiFi (included in the cost). The flat is also provided with a lovely balcony for us to relax and enjoy our meals with plenty of natural light coming in. We also have a small laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a basin.
The Double Room comes with a big wardrobe and a Double Bed with a comfortable mattress. You can easily accommodate a 1 m large desktop next to the bed for your smart working.
The occupant of this room will share the bathroom with Julian who lives in the adjacent one. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
The building is literally 4 min from Redfern station and max 7 min walking from central. Redfern is a vibrant suburb which you will love straight away, full of bars and alternative restaurants as well as parks ( Prince Alfred Park is just 2 min walking and offers swimming pools, tennis, basketball..). Gym and yoga are just few steps away as well as delicious healthy breakfasts.
There’s a covered car space available for an extra $50 / week.
The rules of the house are: no wild parties, be respectful to others and keep the place clean and tidy, share chores and clean on a weekly basis. Occasional social dinners and glasses of wine are more than welcome!

I’m a clean, tidy, polite and no drama sort of person who likes socialising, having an occasional dinner, a drink or a chat with my Flatemates, but I’m also respectful of others space and privacy. I love cooking and setting a nice table for my guests. I play guitar in a band and sotemises you’ll see me disappearing in my room practicing...but no worries I’ll be wearing headphones : ) .

I’ve been living in Sydney for just 3 months, I have a full time job and a busy schedule, I’m at home most evenings but I’llbe busy with outdoor activities during week ends.
I am an open minded, easy going and tidy person. I’m social, but respect other’s people space and privacy. We’ll be sharing the bathroom so, I want to make sure you’re keen on sharing its weekly cleaning too : ).
