Description of the home
A quiet, relaxing (kind of) beachside home is how I’d summarise my place!
The apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, that faces a park. The apartment block is mostly owner occupier so easy going and respectful neighbours.
The apartment is bright & spacious with water views. You can walk to the water and go for a swim in the bay, it’s sublime.
I already own all the essentials, kitchen gear, tv, couches, washing machine and internet. Happy to adjust some of that stuff if you have things to bring!
Note - best to have a car to live here. Public transport includes a bus station at the top of the street and Kogarah station is a 10mim drive away.

Bills and expenses
Internet is $45 per month, that’s divided in half from $90.
Electricity is every quarter, usually $180-$200. Also divided in half.

I am often out of the house training, going to my horse I lease, travelling, hiking (I’m pretty outdoorsy), seeing friends/family & going to church.
When at home I do like to cook and share some of the baked goods I make. I am an early riser, starting my day with an essential coffee (a breville machine which is welcome to be used!).
It’s important to me to have a good friendship with my housemate to ensure there is good vibes in the home where we are both comfortable and can truely relax!
