Beautiful 3 become backs onto gorgeous nature reserve, massive back garden with lazy spa, bbq, outdoor dining & fire-pit. House also hosts an infrared sauna.
It is shared with mother and child (2year old) who is only here 50% of the time. Mother is spiritual healer and teacher so is looking for someone aligned with this.
I have converted our double garage into a healing space where I run events and ceremonies.
Beautiful nice sized room, can be furnished or unfurnished. Built in doubt wardrobes. There are 2 toilets one downstairs one upstairs and one bathroom with shower and bath.
5 mins from bus stop, 15 mins walk from coogee beach, 5 mins from coffee shop - prime location quiet and away from the busyness but only by a short walk.
