Apartment is located at St Leonard station, so easy to hop on the train to get around Sydney or catch a quick bus ride to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants near by.
Access to a pool and a gym in the building as well!
Flexible use of entire apartment. I do very little cooking but have pretty much everything u will need.
There is a separate washroom with a shower/bath that will be yours.
Room comes with a computer desk with a large screen that can be used to watch TV.
Flat has a/c and heating. The room also has a fan.
Plenty of storage for clothes, etc available in room.
Cleaners come fortnightly to provide a basic cleaning services.
The unit is non smoking. no pets
A parking spot is available.
Unlimited internet, access to TV in living room etc..
