Description of the home

The house is a tardis, its a lot bigger on the inside than you would expect. It's an older style property but it has a tidy kitchen and bathroom with a spare toilet in the laundry. The house is fully furnished including your bedroom so all you would need is your personal belongings. There is a cleaner that comes once a fortnight and a gardener who comes every 4-6 weeks and this is included in your rent. All the utilities, unlimited internet, and streaming - Amazon prime, Netflix, Disney+ and Stan are included.

The location is great, 2 minutes walk to Stanmore station or the 412 bus which goes past the RPA, Its one stop to Newtown or 15 minutes walk. It has a great backyard to relax in and the neighbours are friendly. This is a dog friendly suburb and you will be sharing the house with Sophie, a friendly Cavoodle, who adores humans. I work from home and have my office set up in the dining room. I also have a side hustle selling new and used items on Ebay which is stored in the laundry (very big space. I tend to be a home body during the week. I'm happy to share a meal, a beer or wine or watch a movie occasionally with my housemate but I also enjoy my alone time. I'm looking for a flatmate that is friendly, chilled and likes to get to know the person they are living with.
