Hi there,

I’m renting out my room for 4–8 weeks (potentially longer) from the 21st of April. It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and you’ll have the master bedroom with private ensuite.

The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, lamps, a fan, and a sliding door that opens onto the balcony. I’ll be removing all personal items, so you’ll have full use of the wardrobes and shelves.

You’re also welcome to use the dual monitor desk setup in the living room — ideal if you work from home.

Rent is $500 per week, which includes internet and utilities. You’ll be sharing the apartment with my housemate Chad, who’s super easy-going and respectful.

There’s a reverse-cycle air con unit in the lounge, but not in the bedrooms.

The apartment is located on Waterloo Street in Surry Hills — everything is within walking distance, and Central Station at the end of the street.

Ideally suited to a single person, not looking for a couple to fill the room.
