I’m easy going down to earth 51yo old guy. Going through a career change:
Part time study
+ freelance work.
My partner is a 47yr old graphic designer that works mon-fri 9-5.
We believe living in a clean environment is healthy for your mind and soul.
We are early risers, we tend to go to the gym 6 days a wk. we also try to live a healthy lifestyle with outdoor activities that include, cycling, swimming.
This is an easy going relaxed home, we understand boundaries and respect personal space. We also like to build good friendships with flatmates. and enjoy good conversation over the odd glass of wine, dinners etc.
Someone that doesn’t mind sharing the responsibility of keeping the home clean and tidy.
A nonsmoker is a must (Meriton has banned cigarettes and vapes)
