Hi,

I’m looking for a flatmate to come live with and take the master bedroom + little study nook (which can be furnished or not).

Each bedroom is in a different level making it super private. The living room opens into a big balcony (14th floor) with an amazing view of Moore Park. There is everything you need to live nice and comfy: aircon in the bedrooms and living room, dish washer, coffee machine, plants, Netflix, binge, washing and dryer, etc.

Building has gym, pool and sauna. We are super close to Coles and Aldi. Heaps of coffee places and restaurants in the area to choose from. Buses on Bourke street to basically everywhere, or a 15 mins walk to either Green Square or Redfern station.

I’m in my 30’s, like to take care of my house and make it feel like home, looking for someone respectfull, super clean and chill to move in. I wfh two or three days a week, like to have friends here to cook or watch a movie. Pre and post party house ocasionally, though always pre agreed and keeping it respectfull with the neighbours.
