This very quiet 2 bedroom apartment is located in Waterloo. Taking advantage of all of the local amenities, including restaurants on Danks Street, Coles Waterloo nearby and the newly developed East Village Shopping Centre only 500m away.

One of the big draw cards of the apartment are the resort style facilities including several pools, spa and sauna as well as the most generous gym facilities you are likely to find in an apartment complex.

Hi, I'm Michael. I'm 37 and work in the city as an investment analyst. I prefer to work in the office, so if you are a work from home type you will have the apartment to yourself almost every weekday. I make use of the apartment gym and pool, enjoy watching movies and travelling. I like to keep things clean but am pretty relaxed generally.

I am learning and performing improv, so hopefully I will be able to entertain you with my stupidity after a days work. ;)
Compatible people
It would be great to find a flatmate who is used to sharing space, cleans up after themselves and enjoys a chat every now and then after work. Happy for friends to come over and share a glass of wine as well. I usually make friends with my housemates but it's not important if we don't socialise.
