One bedroom to offer within a two-bedroom apartment. Only you, my wife and I will share the home.

Your room has a single bed, large wardrobe, large drawer, computer desk and chair.

My home also has a washing machine, large dryer and balcony.

The room is $250 per week which includes electricity, water and internet (wifi).

This room will become available on Sunday 1st December 2024.

My home is conveniently located close to the city centre, UTS, UNSW, and University of Sydney. Macquarie University is less than 30 minutes away from Waterloo Train Station.

There are two supermarkets, a fruit and vegetable store, restaurants, bus stops and two train stations (Waterloo & Redfern) all within a 10 minute walk.

You may use the toilet paper, laundry liquid, condiments and spices at no extra charge.
