The apartment is modern, brightly lit and peaceful away from the road noise, has a balcony, is furnished and fully equipped kitchen and living area, parking and visitor parking booking facilities as well as perfectly located to major bus routes - just 3 minute walk to bus stops, easy access to all main roads and parks including across from Moore Park and very close to Centennial Park.
