Available 24th November 2024, until ideally 8th February 2025. However I am open to a 3-4 month stay.

This is a large Master bedroom with hall, ensuite and own balcony.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, office desk, bedside table and dresser, with a built in wardrobe.
No linen or pillows are provided.
As a Meriton apartment the place is well maintained, with access to a good size complex gym and pools.
Close to Waterloo Coles and food options, as well as Zetland East Village down the road. Buses to the city are a couple of streets away (Bourke Street) and are frequent.

**Rent includes all bills - gas, electricity, water, internet and streaming services (Netflix, Stan, Disney, Prime).
I get a cleaner every few months for a deep clean (around inspections), with the cost to be split evenly.

I've picked up furniture restoration as a hobby so I need someone okay with the temporary projects I have lying around at the moment. The main balcony is my workshop essentially but your room does have it's own balcony, and with notice I can clean up the main one for company. Note, I mainly get to this on weekends and only use power tools minimally to reduce noise.
In my spare time I go out to see friends, and occassionally host people for dinner, but no ragers.
Someone who pays bills on time is important as I've had issues in the past. And no big party people, I might be younger but I've got an old lady soul.
He's mostly deaf so you just need to be aware of him a bit more. I take him to work 2-3 times in the week, so ideally if you WFH it would be great if on other days you could take him out to the courtyard a couple of times quickly so he can go to the bathroom, and offer some snacks.
