A lovely warehouse conversion with 3 bedrooms, and unbelievably high ceilings. Your bedroom is 3.7m x 3.7m + aircon, other bedroom used as dedicated study.

The living space has so much natural light, and the space is full of plants that we are trying our best to keep alive (if you are a green thumb please advise!) The whole apartment is 3 stories (one of them your own level), with a courtyard, terrace area and a Juliet balcony.

The house is fully furnished, but if you have any furniture you’d like to bring I’m sure we can make a space for it! Bedroom is unfurnished. Secure entry to the building and plenty of street parking.

The street is incredibly leafy green, and in a fantastic location. A quiet street, but right behind a main road, so access to everything. The best of both worlds! We are a 1 minute walk from new Waterloo Metro station, 10 minute walk from both Redfern and Green Square stations, and lots of busses. A few parks within walking distance, Woolies, Aldi and Coles all nearby and 2km from Sydney Park.

About the occupants
Hello, we’re Bec (27) and Max (29). Bec’s a high school teacher and Max works in Tech. We both love to socialise and are very chatty, but can also appreciate the need for a quiet night. Most weeknights you can find us cooking up a storm in the kitchen, playing a board game and watching some tv. On the weekends we love being out and about and active. Our home is usually quite clean and neat but we’re not freaks about it

We’re looking to maintain a positive and friendly vibe in our house. Either one person or a couple moving in is fine! We’re always keen to share the space and spend time with our housemate/s, but also respect the need for space. If you work from home that is no problem at all, you’d even have your own dedicated space for an office!
