Home Description

Description of the home

The best aspects about this two bedroom apartment include the natural light, lovely cross-breezes and proximity to most things! The north-facing apartment offers two balconies, one of which faces the courtyard and doubles the living space in the summer months and its sunny exposure in the winter takes the edge off the chill.

Coles and ALDI are an easy stroll down the street – not to mention walking distance to the Surry Hills precinct for a host of cafes/restaurants.

Cleveland Street is a six-minute walk with buses that head down to Clovelly, Coogee, and Maroubra beaches. The buses from Brouke Street head straight into the city, and to Redfern and Central stations. There is a designated cycleway along Bourke Street.

About occupants
Hi – I’m Luisa, I've lived in Sydney all my life and love my flat in Waterloo. I work as a registered nurse specialising in critical care. My work keeps me on a rotating roster, which means no two weeks are ever the same! While the job can be intense, I love what I do and the impact it has on patients' lives.

My days off are really for rest and relaxation. I love a good book, spending time in the kitchen—whether cooking or baking—hitting the gym, and catching up with friends.
Compatible people
I would like to share my apartment with someone who is friendly, thoughtful and reliable, and who understands the basics of a considerate flat share. I am happy to share a meal/drink together every now and then.

The apartment is too small for couples, one person per room only.
