Hi, I am Andrew !

I am looking to share a clean, renovated and furnished apartment in a leafy area close to station, cafes, Waverton park, and the nearby foreshore nature reserves.

I am open to sharing with either gender as long as you are happy to help keep the place clean. I believe that open communication is always helpful in maintaining a peaceful living environment, but everyone needs their own space.

The unit is less than two minutes walk to Waverton station and the 265 bus stop to Crows Nest and beyond is just across the road. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern electric appliances.

The room itself is furnished with a new queen bed, medium-firm density mattress, bedside tables and a new study desk. There is moderately sized built-in wardrobe in the room. You can bring additional furniture if you would prefer. You would have own use of a bathroom which is directly adjacent to the room. Heaps of built-in storage and linen cupboards located throughout the apartment.

Looking to share the place with someone who is nice and happy to help keep the place clean.
