The house overall is lovely and modern. It has everything you may need and includes off-street free parking, a garage, pantry, storage spaces (e.g. under the stairs), and a long driveway. Garden maintenance is included without a charge.
The house is a 3 minute walk from Coles supermarket, GP and pharmacy. It is a 10 minute walk from Wentworthville railway station, and 2 stop train ride to Parramatta. The city is only 30 minute drive.

About the occupants
Hello! My name is Cleo and I am currently 23 years old living at this amazing new house with my long-term partner Marco (23M). We both share the master bedroom but there are 3 amazing free rooms available.
I will start working as a doctor next year and studied at Western Sydney University. Marco is studying teaching at Notre Dame University and works part-time. We are both super friendly, flexible, cleanly, organised, and easy to get along with.
We love to cook, hang out with friends, or have quiet nights in. We are both busy people and therefore not home often. We have both been living in Australia for over 10 years and speak fluent English. I am originally from Netherlands and also speak fluent Dutch.
We enjoy the occasional party but are both super mindful of others in the house and do not do this often. Neither of us smoke or have any pets.
We clean up after ourselves, keep the house tidy always, and take out the bins. We have all cleaning appliances necessary in the house already: vacuum, mop, etc.
Overall, we think that this house is a great place to stay and we look forward to meeting our new housemates!
