The house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom split home, with a private entrance at the rear of the property. The front of the house is rented by a lovely family, but there are no shared amenities etc with them and the back half is totally self contained. The rooms all have built in robes, and are a decent size, and there is a big living area.
The location is great, with a short walk to city express buses (you can be in the cbd in ~30mins) and a great local cafe/bakery/food options.
