The house is minutes from the beach at Sandon Point in Bulli, available for short term rent from Monday 27 February. Street parking is available. There’s also an internal laundry with a washer dryer, an open plan kitchen/living/dining space and a little garden.
If you don’t know Bulli, it’s a quiet little coastal town with plenty of coffee shops and cafes, a wine bar, brewery, pub, a few shops and a Woolies. The house is about 15 mins walk from Bulli station, or about 25 mins from Thirroul.

About occupants
You’ll be sharing the house with one female, that’s me, Leona, who operates a business partially from home. So it’s not always peaceful during business hours when the phone’s ringing and deliveries are coming and going! I’m 43 so I’m quite chilled out most of the time now, I like early nights, reading, listening to music, watching TV/films and going out for dinner, drinks and live music. I also like to have a few drinks at home to wind down after work.

The room would be ideal for someone working down here temporarily or could suit someone who wants to move to the area but needs a bit of time to find the right place. I’m only looking for individuals, not couples or pairs. Also looking for someone tidy, clean, friendly and mostly quiet :) The lease is currently rolling so there is the possibility to extend your stay or take over the lease yourself in the future.
