Studio set in a tranquil garden. Moments from the Neutral Bay bus stop. Walking distance to Neutral Bay Coles and other amenities. Freshly renovated. Cut through stairway makes for a quick walk to Forsyth Park.

The studio is suitable for one permanent occupant. It is situated in the garden of a 2 bedroom house. Two people will be living in the main house, myself (Gina) and another tenant (TBC). I work as an economist, with a mix of working from home and the office in the CBD. On the weekends I enjoy reading, walking, nature, seeing friends and family. For exercise I’m into reformer pilates and ocean swimming. I am open minded and get along with a wide range of people. I’m social but not a big partier. I enjoy a friendly atmosphere that is also respectful of people’s down time. A place that feels like home, where each person has their own autonomy, whilst also being able to enjoy each others company. Freedom to invite friends and family (with a heads up). Flatmates welcome to join in. The garden space is great and I’d like to create a community atmosphere.
