Spacious furnished Studio. Private bathroom (ensuite). Air-conditioned (reverse cycle). Separate entrance. In my 4br house there's myself (homeowner), my young-adult son and a small dog.

Your room is on a separate level from the main living area, and a rear section from the front, so you have a quiet and private space with an occasional interaction and companionship with us.

My place is a short walk from St Leonard and Wollstonecraft train stations, and from the new Crows Nest Metro station. Within a short distance are multiple gyms, hospitals, supermarkets, shopping mall, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
It is also close to nature walks and outdoor excercise parks.

Your unit has a kitchenette niche extention equipped with mini-fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster-oven and induction hotplate. The main home kitchen appliances may also be used if required. The laundry room is accessible via external door.

Our dog is a medium size moodle. Very shy at first, but quiet and playful otherwise. The dog is kept out of the studio space on offer.

Suitable for a person who appreciates personal quiet space, budget convenience and drama-free environment. Someone who may need to commute often without needing to own a car.
