Description of the home
Hello! I'm Shreya and I’m looking for a flatmate.
I moved to Sydney from Mumbai a year back. I currently live in St. Leonards in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house on the 4th floor of the building. Few more details about the house:
1. The room that is available has an ensuite bathroom and is unfurnished. It has a built in wardrobe. Other appliances that come with the apartment include oven, dishwasher and washing machine (no dryer). The apartment gets tonsss of natural light and is very spacious. It has 2 balconies in the living room too.
2. The rent for this room will be AUD 480 per week (includes water bill only). So we will be sharing the other bills equally (wifi, electricity and gas)
3. Its just a 3-4 mins walk to the station and bus stop and a 2 min walk to the royal north shore hospital. Coles and IGA is 3-4 mins away so the location is very very convenient. The city is just 15 mins away by train.

Im a 27 year old woman and a chartered accountant by qualification. I work for a consulting firm in Sydney and I go to work atleast thrice a week. I'm a vegetarian so would prefer if my flatmate is vegetarian too. I enjoy occasionally going out on drinks, dinner or even watch a movie at home. But I will also always respect the other person's space and privacy. I like keeping my apartment clean and will always do bit to keep the common area clean so I would expect my flatmate to do the same. I am pretty easy going and accommodating too.
