Hello! I'm Shreya and I’m going away for 6 weeks from 30 Dec to the first week of Feb so Im looking for someone to occupy my room (with own bathroom)
I currently live in St. Leonards in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house on the 4th floor of a secured building. You will be sharing the apartment with one other female flatmate. Few more details about the house:
1. The room that is available has its own bathroom and is furnished (with a bed, table and chair as shown in the photo). It has a built in wardrobe. Other appliances that come with the apartment include oven, dishwasher, fridge, TV and washing machine (no dryer). The apartment gets tonsss of natural light and is very spacious. It has 2 balconies in the living room too.
2. The rent for this room will be AUD 380 per week (includes water bill only). So you will be sharing the other bills equally (wifi, electricity and gas)
3. Its just a 3-4 mins walk to the station and bus stop and a 2 min walk to the royal north shore hospital. Coles and IGA is 3-4 mins away so the location is very very convenient. The city is just 15 mins away by train.
