A fully furnished, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with a storage unit and car park (that I’m occupying) in the basement. This apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to all amenities and transport options.

Looking for a flatmate to replace my existing flatmate who is wanting to move into her own place. Leased until late October 2025.

The available bedroom is the master bedroom with ensuite. It comes with a built in wardrobe, queen bed base & mattress and bedside tables.
*I have used images of the bedroom and ensuite from when the property was for sale in 2019, to protect my flatmates privacy.

Walking distance to Cammeray, Crows Nest, St Leonards, North Sydney, Neutral Bay.

Unfortunately as much as I love animals, we cannot house pets in the apartment.

TRANSPORT
- Approx 10-15 min bus ride to the CBD out of peak times.
- 130m to the bus stop which goes to the City (Buses 202, 203, 207, 208, 209, 263 & 267)
- Crows Nest or North Sydney Metros within walking distance.

FOOD/GROCERIES
- 400m to Cammeray Village and Harris Farm Markets
- 700m walk to Woolworths Crows Nest
- 850m walk to Coles Neutral Bay
- Crows Nest and our surrounding suburbs have lots of food options, so our Uber Eats is fantastic!

PARKS/BEACHES
Just up the road from the 114/144 buses that go to Balmoral and Manly Beaches which is lovely coming into Summer.
Also very close St Leonard’s Park and the North Sydney Oval.

I work a full time, office-based corporate job and casually as a personal trainer - so don’t spend a lot of time at home.

I enjoy going for walks on the weekend to explore Sydney, hanging out with my friends and working out. Super friendly, tidy, and active, not into parties or clubbing, but happy to go have a drink at the local!
