im 23, looking to relocate to Australia. I am a scaffolder by trade and I have secured a job already in Perth with a start available as soon as I'm ready. this would mean generally id be working throughout the day 5 days a week and possibly the weekends. the job also offers FIFO meaning I could be away a few weeks or so at the time, so more or less, id be out of your hair! haha
Important personal qualities
a good flatmate is someone who respects your own space & private life. Im very clean and will always pick up after myself as the thought of someone thinking otherwise about me is terrifying! I think its just about making sure you can do everything possible to make your flatmate feel comfortable.
Food sharing and furniture
I'm very easy to either share or arrange my own personal food. Financially it's great sharing the bill on food for main meals however equally I completed understand if someone wouldn't want that and would be happy to sort myself out. I'm not vegan or vegetarian and have no furniture
