Description of the home

3 x bedroom townhouse that the owners have provide me with 6 month lease. Ideal I would like to renew that. Share living room, dining and kitchen. House will hopefully be furnished minus your room once I am in. The only thing it won't have is a coffee machine because I am one of the sadistic people who don't drink coffee.

The room that's available is big enough for a queen bed and side tables to king and small side tables. It comes with a mirrored wardrobe. You'd have your own bathroom to yourself as well.

The third room I'd like to use as a spare bed and work station if you have a job that you work from home. House is furnished except for your bedroom. Waiting on a house mate before I get internet installed. I have Disney, Prime, Netflix and Crunchyroll

About the occupants
Just myself and my dog. 4 year old German Shepherd, great nature. I'm 31, work full-time. I do like to cook and meals are better shared when possible. I do shift work so I need a house mate that can be respectful of that but for the most part it is very easily manageable. It also means I respect other people's sleep patterns.

I am gym nerd. So I gym most days, but also like to deflate by playing some PlayStation for an hour or two when I can or I'll be taking the dog to the park. My mates and I try to do boardgames when we can and you'd be a welcomed addition. When I have weekends off, I like to go hiking or to the beach.

I like to keep my house spaces clean. Very chilled person and I have good sense of honour. Can do that happy combo of being around people but also enjoy my own bubble when I need a recharge.
Compatible people
Just looking for good egg that a good combo of housemate and friend. Ideal a shift work or AJ would be great. But not set in stone. I do have a dog so no pets and he will not be your responsibility at all. No smokos and no rec drugs.
Description of pets
My woofer is a gentle soul. Loves being around people. You won't be responsible for him at all. The only thing I may ask is that you let him out in the back yard when you're home and if you leave the house to put him to his room (the garage).
