Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at our ad! My name is Imijen and my roommate’s name is Alex (one female and one male). We have one room that will become available around August 25th as we are taking over the lease from my parents and are looking for a suitable tenant.

The townhouse is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a quiet suburb that is only 15 minutes minutes from the CBD. We also have a train station close to us, which is roughly a 5-10 minute walk from our house. There is also parking available both off street and in our complex.

Rent is $300 with bills included and the room will be unfurnished. The successful applicant will provide Bond (2 weeks rent) as we would also encourage one reference, however it is optional. We would also prefer a female roommate.

Bills and expenses
