The apartment is in a small unit block consisting of 8 different units. It’s in a quiet neighborhood located in Kelvin Grove 4059. There are a lot of buses that travel to and from Kelvin grove making it easy to get around Brisbane if you don’t have access to a car. I like to keep my apartment clean and tidy at all times and would prefer someone that likes the same and would be respectful of all my furniture and appliances :).
