5 mins walk from main bus interchange in Park Ridge, 2 mins drive to Coles and Woolworths in the Park Ridge Town Centre complex. Suburb is greenbank but is directly behind Park Ridge High school ( google Harvest Rise Estate )
The house is brand new and fully fenced. All internal and external walls are insulated with HD sound dampening insulation which is also very affective at keeping the house warm in winter and cool in summer, that said, all rooms have top of the line Smart reverse cycle A/C for heating and cooling as well as fans 2 electric instantaneous hot water systems.
The Shared bathroom has 2 basins and under cupboard storage so both tenants have their own space in the bathroom.
The house has Genuine Crimsafe ultimate Security Screens and Doors as well as Smart lock to front door for key-less entry. All external glass doors and windows are fitted with 3M Ultra S800 security film.
All rooms have their own separate Keys Dining room and living room has a massive 6 seater glass dining table and matching coffee table as well as a 75" Samsung 4k smart TV and sound bar also sporting a 6 seater leather couch. Theatre room...predominantly my space but your welcome to utilise it when I'm not home or join for a binge session if we are into the same types of shows providing of course you are respectful of the room. As for the contents of that room, well I'll save that as a surprise lol.
Fridge space is not going to be an issue as you can see in the pics of the 847L LG smart French door Fridge that is plumbed in and can make Crushed, Cubed and Round ice. Pantry space is also not an issue as you can see the giant walk in pantry picture illustrates the 2 rows of shelves to be split between the 2 flatmates All appliances are brand new and have the highest energy rating for the type of appliance available including the Dyson Gen 5 Stick Vac and LG Tower with a 12kg Washing machine and 9kg Dryer.
If you require a garage spot we can discuss this on application however it will be at an extra cost otherwise there is ample free street parking.

About the occupants
I have shared houses with a lot of people and the ones I have best got along with are the ones who could keep a clean space especially communal area's like the kitchen, bathroom and toilet as well as the lounge/dining.

While I'm happy to have a chat I am equally happy for you to "do you" and stay out of your way so to speak especially after a long day at work, I totally understand wanting your own headspace when you get home to just relax.

I am a professionally employed and work a lot Monday to Friday leaving home around 5am as I go to gym before work returning between 4pm and 8pm. My occupation requires I have a Federal Police Check annually so you can rest assured I do provide a safe home for my flatmates.

I'm pretty chilled and easy to talk to. I do like to keep all communal area's clean and tidy. I love dogs and may end up getting a Pure Bred English Stafford Shire in the future but that wont be for at least a year or 2 at this stage.

I prefer flatmates that are relaxed individuals who work full time and know how to respect other peoples property and appliances. Keeping a clean space is imperative and to aid in this I will provide a cleaner once a fortnight once 2 tenants are in for common areas.
