I am searching for a Female tenant to share my home with. The home is currently shared between myself and one other female tenant.

- Bedroom is unfurnished with a sliding built-in mirrored wardrobe, and has ceiling fans, ducted A/C & heating.

- Main bathroom would be shared with the other tenant.

The Bathroom has lots of storage space, a modern free standing bathtub & a rainwater shower. There is also a seperate WC.

- If you are someone who is currently Studying, there is also a small office space that you are free to use if needed.

- The main living areas, kitchen & laundry are shared areas. Shared amenities in the home include: Dishwasher, Fridge, Stove top, Oven, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dryer, TV, Wifi/Internet & Ducted A/C and Heating throughout the home.

- On Street parking is available.

I will have you know that the home is not finished being landscaped yet - but I am currently in the process of sorting this out.

There are also lovely Parks with walking trails and BBQ facilities nearby for entertaining friends & family.

There is also a Coles/Woolworths, small shops & Restaurants nearby that are about a 5min drive away at Park Ridge Town Centre.

Other Shops nearby are -

- Browns Plains Grand Plaza Shopping Centre - 10min drive away

- Westfield Shopping Centre in Mount Gravatt/Garden City - 20min drive away.

This home would ideally be more suitable for someone who has their own transport, as unfortunately there is not a lot of public transportation in this area.
