Modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Taringa and a 7 minute walk to the train station. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey building and has street parking. It is less than a 5 minute drive to Indooroopilly or Toowong shopping centres. The home is fully furnished in common areas and has household air-conditioning. There is a spacious and private balcony which is a great spot for a morning coffee or evening drink.

About the occupants
The home will be shared with me and my girlfriend (Amy) (27 & 25). We also have a staffy x ridgeback (Honey) who is 6 and a very gentle, cuddly and snoozy girl. We enjoy going to the gym, soccer and a glass of wine or few on the weekend. I work full time as a physio and Amy works part time whilst studying Primary Education.
