This is our other bedroom. There is an identical size room that you will be able to use, that we set up as spare bedroom, in which some sewing and art takes place.
It is an either/or. NOT BOTH ROOMS FOR RENT.
If the large private room is not taken, this room is available instead, with a shared bathroom.
If you are a female, you will share with Michelle. If you are a male, you will share with Tim.

Description of the home

The house is a 4 bedroom home in Peats Ridge on acreage.

We will be offering one of the 2 bedrooms. If one is taken, the other room will not be available.

We are 20 minutes to Gosford and 30 minutes to Sydney (Wahroonga).

We are in a large, single level house facing East to West for Sunrise/Sunset Views.

With 2 separate living areas (one to make your own if you so desire), dining room, lovely modern kitchen/lounge (complete with coffee machine for your morning Latte) and 2 modern bathrooms.

Externally we have a pool, cabana, large fly-screened back veranda, fire pit and around 1.5 acres of fenced back yard.
We have a very large shed - with plenty of working area and room for cars. There is some space in our shipping container if you need to bring something extra along

The home is great and there is plenty of space to make a part your own.

We are on a 25 acre property, complete with horses and a dam down the back.

We also neighbour a fantastic Golf Course that extends the walkability of the property another 125 acres, after it closes. Otherwise, it is a short stroll to reception to play a round, or enjoy a lovely meal and a refreshing beverage.

We are around some fantastic bush walks.

NBN Internet included in rent, with access to most streaming services through TV and smart speakers.

We have 20 solar panels, which helps keep electricity costs down.

Our names are Michelle and Tim.
We are around 40.

Tim teaches kids and Michelle works with animals.

We are very relaxed people, enjoying the rural escape that we call home.

We work hard, and enjoy our piece of paradise when we are not working.

Tim loves the afternoon walks and Michelle is normally creating something artistic.

We have one beautiful Kelpie, "Rosie".
She is the most loving dog, and welcomes people who give her pats, into her home, with kisses.

We are approximately 1.5 acres of private yard and home, on a 25 acre property (with horses) down the back.

We adjoin a very lovely golf course, where late afternoon walks are the perfect end to the day.

There is art and woodwork being done in the spare room, back veranda and the shed, whenever the inspiration takes hold.

There will be nights of music, food and wine.
There will be other nights of simply watching a bit of TV or a movie.

Description of pets
Rosie is a 2 and a half year old Kelpie.
She is energetic and gets to roam 150+ acres each afternoon, when we go walking down the back.
She is alert to letting you know that there is a visitor.
She will then proceed to trade that visitor Pats for kisses.
We are bias - however she is a lovely temperament.
