Hi there! My housemate is moving out, and his room will be available from this week. The villa is located on Salerno St, Surfers Paradise, in a complex with a swimming pool. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and you’ll be sharing the house with me.
Both bedrooms are built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The room is furnished, as is the rest of the house.

About me, I’m a 43-year-old female, working full time in a office 9-5pm. I live a healthy lifestyle and I spend my free time doing heaps of outdoors activities like hiking, camping, snorkelling, kayaking, beach volleyball, cycling, etc.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful housemate who works full time too. The agent will need to approve the new tenant, though they won’t be added to the lease.

Details:

*$350 per week (includes internet and water).
*Electricity bill split between the two of us.
*3 weeks bond
*Not a party house
*No smoking
*Must be willing to help with the maintenance of the plants of the front and backyard and take it in terms with me.
*There is a cat living in the house so no other pets can be accepted.
