This cute spacious unit is a gorgeous place with lots of light, a laundry, huge bathroom (shared by the bedrooms listed) and small courtyard. It is in a great location, within walking distance of Keilor Rd shops, and 5 minute drive from Essendon fields and Westfield. The tram is 1 block away and goes straight into the CBD. There’s plenty of storage in the rooms and in the large garage which is used mostly for storage. The driveway is long and narrow, so street parking in usually easier. Both rooms are suitable for at least a double bed and have built in robes. The smaller room is $180/week and the larger room with doors onto the courtyard is $240/week. Bills will be divided equally, estimated costs can be discussed further.

Hi I’m Elise. I’m a nurse living with my two fur babies, Lenny and Peppa, they are my world and love everyone they meet so if your keen to be welcomed home with excitement and cuddles, this is the place for you. I’m a bit of a clean freak minus the few dog toys scattered around the house so I’m looking for a roommate who’s ok with tidying up after themselves. I love going on outdoor adventures and am often out hiking with my boys on my days off. If I’m not hiking then you’ll finding me cleaning the house or pottering in the garden. I also love a good wine and chill night at home, so I’m keen for someone who is ok being hanging out with a glass of wine every so often. I do work shift work so would prefer someone who is also a shift worker or is just considerate of noise levels when I’m on night shift.

Description of pets
Lenny- my assistance dog so is super well trained whilst working but at home he loves to be a normal puppy and play with his older brother. He is the ultimate snuggle bug too. He’s super friendly towards everyone including all animals so we are open to other friendly playful animals of any shape and size.
Peppa is my small old man who also loves everyone but prefers dogs who don’t ignore his space. Peppa was raised with cats so cats are not an issue. You probably won’t see him anywhere other then sunbathing or in bed.
