Hi! I’ve got a spare room with an ensuite to rent out for 4-12 Months. It’s a recently renovated Victorian Terrace with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sarah and Toby(me) live in the house. Sarah and her dog Harry live at Mt Hotham over the winter. I have lived with Sarah off and on for 12 years.
The house is relaxed and clean. The room is furnished with a Queen Bed and with Built in Wardrobe.
About, Toby works in Fitzroy, and Sarah works in City but spends the winters (May-Oct) at Mt Hotham managing her Cafe. Both of us enjoy a good Netflix/Apple series. I love spending time at local cafes, reading the newspapers, and sometimes getting away for weekends out in the country at my family's Home. Sarah, too, loves cafes, walking the dog, Having a good chat and spending her time coming and going from the Peninsula and back.
