Hi! I’ve got a spare room with ensuite to rent out for 6-12 Months. It’s in a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom recently renovated Victorian Terrace. Sarah and Toby(Me) live in the house. Sarah has a dog called Harry. I have lived with Sarah off and on for 12 years, and is one of my besties and my favourite housemate ever - easy going and great to live with.
The house is relaxed and clean. The room is furnished with a Queen Bed and with Built in Wardrobe.
About, Toby works in Fitzroy, Sarah works in Fitzroy too but spends the winters (May-Oct) at Mt Hotham managing her Cafe. Both of us enjoy a good series. I love spending time at local cafes reading the newspapers, sometimes get away for weekends out in the country. Sarah too loves cafes, walking the dog, Loves a good chat and spends her time coming and going from the the Peninsula and back.
