You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other.

A lovely tree lined wood decking backyard ideal for reading or BBQs, comes with dappled sunlight and birds.

5 minute walk to 58 tram stop to city.
20 minute walk to Upfield Train line.
35 minute bike ride to city.
5 minute bike ride to Sydney Road.

Great house for entertaining friends and having the occasional dinner party, although not a party house.

You would be living with Andy(40+) writer/artist/cafe manager, who lives upstairs and has his own bathroom.
Could suit two friends, or a couple needing an office space. Or a single person needing two rooms and their own bathroom.

Hoping to find a kind & considerate person/people. Preferably 28+ who have experience in the nuances of house sharing. If you're into things like cinema, literature, fine-art & music, science, and need a relaxed, friendly home (long-term) get in touch.

I’m all for sharing meals and a beer/wine now and then, respecting the privacy and space of those live with, and feel that trust, tolerance + diplomacy can sort most issues.

I pretty much have everything as far as fridge, washing machine, kitchen ware etc (no dryer).

Due to ample spaciousness there's plenty of room for new flatmates to make their mark.
