About the occupants
You'll be sharing with one other fairly quiet-living 50+ queer non-binary social worker and one very gentle old (16 yo.) fluffy Maltese X, Zach.

I like reading, podcasts, movies, art, poking about in the yard trying to grow stuff, walks on country, activism and mutual aid, swimming, going to the gym. I also enjoy downtime, sharing a laugh and any opportunity to take a break from the city grind!

I'm pretty independent and enjoy my space and doing my own thing, but also enjoy the odd chat, sharing the odd meal and appreciate a caring and cooperative household vibe. I own the place (have a mortgage) and have lived here for 13 years. I'm vegetarian but not overly fussed about other people's eating preferences.
Compatible people
The house would ideally suit someone 45+ and LGBTIQA+ or queer-friendly, who enjoys reasonably quiet home living. Any interest to get into the garden would be great!

Considerate, clean, some shared values, sense of humour are qualities that are important.

A small quiet dog that gets along with the dog that lives here would be considered. No cats.
Description of pets
Zach is a quiet, gentle, old (16 yo) Maltese X. He potters around following me everywhere. Doesn't bark. Doesn't drop hair. Very easy to live with. Has some separation anxiety though.
